Refund Policy

  • Full refund within two business days of booking.
  • After two business days, gym fees will be charged.
  • Users can still benefit from the remaining gym membership period.

The website is not liable for any injuries or losses incurred during training.

Privacy Policy

User Rights: Users have the right to access, modify, and delete their data.

Direct Agreements with Trainers

If a trainee makes an agreement with a trainer without informing the site, the site is not responsible for any damages, financial transactions, or misconduct that may arise.

Trainer Delays

  • If a trainer is late for a session, they are responsible for compensating the client for the lost time.
  • Clients have the right to request a trainer change at any time, provided there is a valid reason.

Injury Disclaimer

The website is not responsible for any injuries that may occur to the trainer or the trainee during training sessions (We wish everyone safety).

Client Absence

If a client misses a session without providing at least 6 hours’ notice, the session will be fully charged, and no rescheduling or compensation will be offered.
